At Ellevary, we are committed to providing clear and reliable shipping information so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping and Transit Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is:

6–13 business days

This includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any available shipping options will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed Orders

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, or supply chain disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help look into the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Ellevary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, front desk, leasing office, or local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will help guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
