Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

At this time, Ellevary does not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, color, or product, please return the eligible item in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order through our website.

This allows us to process orders more efficiently and ensure product availability.
